Explosion reports in major Sufi Shrine of Lahore

As per recent reports, at least 8 people are reported to be dead due to an explosion that took place at 8:45 am on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in one of the famous sufi shrines, Data Durbar, which is located in Lahore, the capital of Punjab province of Pakistan. In this blast, 25 people are said to be wounded. Meanwhile, Chief Ghazanfar Ali of city police informed newspersons that the apparent target of explosion outside the shrine was to kill the police officers. This explosion spread sadness all around in the city, due to its occurrence at a sufi shrine and especially when the holy month of Ramadan is here.
