Ex-Korean Air executive apologises for onboard conduct

  • Heather Cho, the ex-Korean Air executive, has apologized for her conduct on a plane which delayed the flight.

Cho, who subsequently resigned from her post, had demanded that a crew member on board the Korean airlines flight be removed as she had been served nuts in a bag and not a plate.

Her father, Cho Yang-ho, is the chairman of the airline.

Apologizing for the incident, which has become a big talking point in South Korea, Cho Yang-ho said he had “failed to properly educate my daughter."
