March 30 , 2013
At least three people have been killed and dozens more trapped after a multi-storey building collapsed in the main Tanzanian city, Dar es Salaam, on Friday.
Thirteen people were pulled out of the ruins alive, according to officials.
Around 45 people, including construction workers, residents and children from a local school, are still missing.
The building was located close to a mosque and residential and commercial properties in the city center.
It was supposed to have been at least 12 floors high when completed.
Police are now questioning four people linked to the construction company.
Work on a nearby site being carried out by the same company has been suspended.
