'Deeply committed to ensuring' Iran does not obtain nuclear weapon: Kerry
March 8 , 2015
John Kerry, the US secretary of state, has said that the officials negotiating with Iran were “deeply committed” to ensuring that Iran does not get a nuclear weapon.
Tehran has a March 24 deadline to secure a deal over its nuclear program.
Kerry, who was speaking in Paris in the presence of France’s foreign minister Laurent Fabius, admitted “gaps” remained in the talks. He indicated that though time was running out, it was important to get the “right deal” and not rush through an agreement.
