China considers imposing tariffs on 3 billion worth of US products

  • According to media reports, China has said that it is considering to impose tariffs on US products of worth 3 billion dollars. The list of products which is under consideration includes pork, wine, fruit and nuts and stainless steel pipes. China has also asked the US not to take US-China trade relationship to a dangerous place. Further, it said it hopes the US would pull itself back from the verge of a trade war. Trump on Thursday imposed tariffs on about 50 billion dollars worth of Chinese imports.
