Archaeologists say they have found a tomb built back in 1100 BC in Cairo.
According to scholars, the tomb belonged to the country's ambassador at the time and the discovery is a "very important" one since it throws more light on "Egypt's history and political status with its neighboring countries."
Media reports indicate that inscriptions were discovered inside the tomb, which was found close to another one built during the same period. An expert said these discoveries are noteworthy for practical reasons and predicted that they may facilitate tourism.
