Car bombing kills seven in Yemen

  • A vehicle filled with bombs exploded beside a hospital in northeastern Yemen’s Mareb province, on Sunday, September 28, killing at least seven people and injuring many more, reports said.

The hospital is under the control of a Shia tribe called the Houthis. People claiming allegiance to the terrorist group al Qaida have claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Yemini government has not blamed anyone so far.

The government, political parties, and Houthi rebels recently signed a deal aimed at ending violence in the country's capital.
