Canadian diplomat in Cuba suffers hearing damage in sonic attack

A number of visiting dignitaries from Canada have been affected after what was being suspected as the use of sound weapons against US personnel. The incident took place at the Cuban capital of Havana and also led to Cuban diplomats being expelled from Washington. It is being estimated that at least one diplomat from Canada is being treated for loss of hearing. In the same incident a number of US diplomats suffered severe hearing loss. US officials are saying that the attack was executed by using an advanced sonic device.
