California Fire is Creating Its Own Weather System

  • According to the sources, the hot and large Carr Fire that is spreading in Northern California is creating its own weather system in the local areas. It has also become unpredictable for experts to have an estimate on the direction in which the blaze would spread. The variability of the strong winds plays a key role in this. Six people are confirmed dead and at least 19 are still missing in state's Shasta County.

The fire that started a week ago, engulfing more than 103,000 acres, is only 23% contained. The blaze has destroyed over 950 structures and is now in the list of top 10 most destructive wildfires in the history of California.
