British Police Makes "Very Significant" Arrest in Connection to London Tube Terror Attack
September 17 , 2017
A day after British PM Theresa May raised security level of Britain to “critical” level (meaning high possibility of another imminent attack) Kent police (in assistance with counter-terrorism units) has arrested an 18 year old man under Terrorism Act from Dover port area on the English Channel. Authorities believe the teen was seeking a boat to crossover to France. Deputy Assistant Police Commissioner Neil Basu reportedly called the arrest “very significant” in the ongoing investigation of IED bomb blast in London Underground. Reports say hours after the arrest, police officers (with forensic team) raided a house in Sunbury Suburban Street.
