Brazilian Farmers Attack Indigenous Tribe over Land Dispute

As per reports, an indigenous settlement was attacked by Brazilian farmers in Maranhao on late Sunday. The ranchers were armed with rifles and machetes in the municipality of Viana.
13 members of the community had to be hospitalized. Three people were reportedly in critical condition in hospital.
The reason of the conflict was a land dispute between the Gamela community and the farmers.
