Boko Haram kidnaps boys in Nigeria

Boko Haram, the Islamic terror group carried out raids on the village of Doron Baga on the shore of Lake Chad, killing 28 people, injuring 25, and kidnapping 97 boys and men.
The raids and attacks took place earlier this week, however news from this interior region has just emerged as Boko Haram had destroyed cell phone towers in the region. This attack took place in Borno state in northeastern Nigeria. The village of Doron Baga is located about 110 miles to the north of Maiduguri, the state capital.
Boko Haram has carried out many attacks and kidnappings in the region as it tries to impose Sharia law in Nigeria. Its modus operandi includes killing and kidnapping. In April 2014 Boko Haram abducted 276 girls from a residential school in Chibok, in northeastern Nigeria. The whereabouts of more than 200 of them are still not known.
