'Bodies in grave are not of missing Mexican students,' says Jesus Murillo Karam

  • DNA testing has shown that 28 bodies found in a grave in Mexico’s Iguala town are not those of students, who went missing last month, according to the country’s attorney general.

Further tests on other graves are being carried out, he said.

The 48 students who went missing were last seen on September 26 after a clash with the police left six people dead. Around 50 people, most of them policemen, have been arrested in connection with the disappearance of the students amid a national uproar.
