Australian woman mysteriously returns after 17 days in bush
October 9 , 2014
A 30-year-old Australian woman was found 17 days after she went missing in the bush in Queensland.
Shannon Leah Fraser came out of the bush on Wednesday. She had gone to a swimming spot with her partner and another person when she went missing on September 21.
She is being treated for cuts and sunburn, but seems to be healthy otherwise.
The police launched a search operation, but eventually she returned on her own. She was spotted by a farmer and taken to hospital.
