Australian PM Apologises to Child Sexual Abuse Victims

  • Scott Morrison, the Australian Prime Minister, has issued an apology to all the child sexual abuse victims in the country. Hundreds of people came to Canberra on Monday to hear the speech delivered by him in parliament. A 5-year inquiry has revealed that over decades, tens of thousands of children were abused in the institutions of the nation.

Morrison stated that “Today, we finally acknowledge and confront the lost screams of our children. We must be so humble to fall before those who were forsaken and beg to them our apology.”
