Apple creates "Safari" to jam Facebook's web-tracking tools

  • To make Mac indistinguishable from several other browsers, Apple has created a browser named “Safari” which would seek owner's permission before allowing the social media to monitor the activities of the user. Apple's software chief Craig Federighi revealed this news at the firm's Developers Conference and explained why Apple needs to add these features. As per media reports, this move is likely to add to tensions between the two major companies.
