American teen on round-the-world flight dies in crash

Haris Suleman, an American teenager, who was attempting to set a record for a flight around the globe, and his father, Babar, died when their aircraft crashed into the sea, late Tuesday, July 22.
The plane being piloted by Haris Suleman, 17, crashed into the Pacific Ocean after it had left Pago in American Samoa.
The father and son had left Indiana state on June 19 with the aim of circumnavigating the earth in a record 30 days in a single-engine plane.
