AFP Haiti photographer dies at 54

Thony Belizaire, who won a number of awards as a photographer in Haiti for over 25 years died on Sunday at the age of 54. He reportedly died at a hospital due to complications regarding respiratory difficulties.
The photographer was reportedly working to improve the condition of the Haitians through a photo essay on the environment.
Prime Minister of Haiti said the country had lost an outstanding professional and recalled his 30-year-long devotion. "He was a profound influence on Haitian photographers, particularly photo journalists," Laurent Lamothe said.
The regional director is AFP in North America, David Millikin also paid tribute to the deceased photographer.
