Activist busted in Russia for banner

An Italian activist in Russia was detained for several hours by the authorities after she carried a banner stating "Gay Is OK" at Olympic Park.
Italian gay rights groups said Vladimir Luxuria sent a text message asking for help after she was detained. "I am alone," it read.
Luxuria mentioned prior to her detention that there's only a single reason for her visit to Sochi. "The goal, of course, is to protest against the low of homophobic Putin," she said.
Authorities mentioned that there's no record of her detention and activists have been getting detained routinely without any charges.
