5 policemen killed in bomb attack in Chechnya

Five policemen were killed and at least 12 people injured on Sunday, October 5, in a bomb attack in Chechnya, Russian media reports said. Four policemen were among the injured.
The attack was reportedly carried out by a teenage bomber who blew himself up when the police approached him near a concert venue in capital Grozny.
The North Caucasus republic of Chechnya, which has a majority of Sunni Muslim population, has been a conflict zone for decades.
