    International Olympic Committee (IOC) has said that a three-person panel (including president of World Archery and head of the IOC medical and scientific commission, Ugur Erdener, IOC athletes commission’s Claudia Bokel, and Spanish IOC member Juan Antonio Samaranch Junior) will decide whether the Russian athletes will be able to compete in Rio Olympics 2016. Till now, over 250 Russian athletes have been cleared to compete. World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) had earlier recommended full ban on Russian athletes after they found evidences of a doping program in an independent probe.
