14 killed in car bomb attack in Baghdad

At least 14 people were killed and more than 50 wounded when a car bomb detonated in southeast Baghdad, reports said.
The bomb went off in a busy Shia-dominated area, damaging many vehicles and shops.
In another incident, central Baghdad’s heavily guarded Green Zone came under motor fire, according to Iraq’s interior ministry. There were no immediate reports of casualties.
The fortified Green Zone is home to important government buildings along with the American and British embassies.
