YouTube wants to help you buffer streams more efficiently

  • YouTube wants to get more people to watch its videos in high-definition and recently released a tool in order to analyze people's video streaming.

The Google Video Quality Report is available to those who are in Canada and the US; the company said it respects the privacy of all users and doesn't store any data.

Google mentioned that it plans on expanding the tool's range to more nations in the next few months. Media reports indicate that the tool suggests seven tips to improve the quality of video by just making sure of some basic things.
