Sony To Launch Xperia Tablet

After the launch of the Xperia Z smartphone, Sony has now unveiled its plans to launch a tablet device, the Xperia Tablet Z. Sony's new tablet computer is meant to give Apple's iPad and the Google Nexus 10 a run for their worth since it boasts to be ultra-thin at 6.9mm. The tablet runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and is believed to be shock-proof and damage resistant. The device showcases a 10.1-inch TFT touchscreen with an image resolution of 1920 x 1200p based on Mobile Bravia Engine 2 display technology. It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, and 32GB storage. The Xperia Tablet Z has an 8.1MP camera and LED flash.
