Site tells you who died inside your home

  • If you think your place is haunted, you can now find out if anyone has died there.

The new website called 'DiedInHouse.com,' provides this information for $11.99 per search. Creator Roy Condrey started it after his tenant told him he believed the place was haunted. Since there is no law requiring real estate agents to disclose this information to people, it becomes "harder to find things like this out than you think," he said.

According to Condrey, death on a property can reduce its value by 15-25 percent and realtors were against this business for the same reason.

However, some realtors even use the website and make their own searches.
