Obama doesn't get tech like most CEOs

President Obama has ensured the citizens that the product, ObamaCare, is not faulty but the process of achieving it is broken.
Michael Wolff of USA Today wrote, "For most Americans stepped in digital behavior, the product is the process."
Most CEOs, including Obama, who is in charge of the US consider the changing digital landscape to be important. However, most of them pay others to take care of it.
Many times the people who are paid to address such issues know only a little more than their employers. "Technological astuteness or intuition or cool is less a skill set than a culture or language or temperament," Wolff wrote. "The more out of it you are, like the president, the more out of it your product is."
