HealthCare.gov is still not ready for prime time

  • Many of the problems associated with HealthCare.gov have been fixed but that still doesn't mean it's ready for use. The insurance trade group head Karen Ignagni said many consumers won't get to enroll in coverage till the process is "working from end to end."

An exec mentioned that people are getting lost in the process for some reason. "If they go to a doctor or a hospital and we have no record of them, that will be very upsetting to consumers," he said.

Insurers are worried about late payments from the government and it's still not known as to how much coverage it's paying for.
