Google's Chromecast connects every TV in the house
July 26 , 2013
Over 200 billion videos that are being watched every month in North America are on computing devices instead of televisions.
Google's new gadget called Chromecast could help change that by simply sending videos from laptops or cellphones directly to the television screens.
The search engine's Mario Queiroz explained the usage of the gadget and said "all you have to do is plug it into any HDMI input on your TV, power through HDMI, connect to your home Wi-Fi, and you're ready to kick back and watch." The television could be then controlled from the original device.
The gadget is available on Google Play Amazon.com for only $35 and will be in stores starting July 28.
