Some big names in the technology industry are attempting to fix HealthCare.gov.
One of them is Google's site reliability engineer, Michael Dickerson. According to a Health department blog post, Dickerson will be "leveraging his experience stabilizing large, high throughout applications to improve HealthCare.gov's reliability and performance."
Another key player will be software engineer Greg Gershman, who will attempt to improve the user experience on such websites and help "release improvements more rapidly."
Tech firms Oracle and Red Hat are onboard as well.
"Most of us want to see our government operating efficiently and effectively," CEO of Oracle said. "And it is incumbent upon us to help them do that."
