Blackberry-owned company unveils tablet with additional security

Secusmart, the Blackberry-owned company, has launched a new tablet Secutablet. The tablet, which has been unveiled in collaboration with IBM and Samsung, is based on the Samsung Galaxy 10.5. Secutablet runs on Samsung hardware and offers additional security which is aimed at business and government. However, social media and video platform can also be used on Secutablet, said the company in a statement. The tablet also includes IBM “app wrapping” technology, which keeps sensitive data safe. Reports suggest that the device would be available at $2,380.
