Apple testing products with bigger screens
July 23 , 2013
Apple has been reportedly testing iPhone screens bigger than 4 inches and iPad screen little smaller than 13 inches. It is, however, important to note that the Cupertino-based company has tested such different designs in the past without bringing them to the market. This is not the first time that there have been stories about Apple testing out the screen size for their products. In June as well, the company was looking at iPhones with bigger screens.
Apple didn't comment on this report when approached by ABC News. However, the CEO of the company, Tim Cook said that there are a lot of factors to be considered in this matter- including the battery life of the products.
The iPhone 5S is supposed to be released later this year with barely any aesthetic tweaks. Reports say that there are only going to be some internal changes.
