Amazon to build its own delivery net
April 26 , 2014
Amazon doesn't want to only use drones in order to deliver your packages. The WSJ reports that the company is already testing its own delivery network and taking packages to customers on its own.
The move could help Amazon to decrease its shipping costs and let it be in control of its own destiny in case there are delays.
"Amazon is growing at a faster speed than UPS and FedEx," its recent job posting reads. "At this rate Amazon cannot continue to rely solely on" other providers.
The company has already implemented this system in England.
