5-year-old exposes security bug in Xbox Live

  • A 5-year-old boy living in San Diego just gave some Microsoft techies a run for their money. Reports suggest that Kristoffer Von Hassel managed to get onto his father's Xbox Live account without permission and typed in the wrong password on the screen.

The next step for the Xbox was password verification, after which the young hacker hit space and pressed enter. He was suddenly logged on without a password and Microsoft immediately took care of the glitch. They thanked their tiny helper.
