Wimbledon: Serena Williams beats Garbine Muguruza to clinch sixth title

World number one Serena Williams defeated Spain’s Garbine Muguruza in straight sets to win her sixth Wimbledon and 21st Grand Slam title.
The American, who took one hour 23 minutes to prevail 6-4 6-4 over her 21-year-old opponent on Centre Court, now holds all four Grand Slam titles for the second time in her career.
The 33-year-old Williams has replaced the legendary Martina Navratilova as the oldest Wimbledon champion of the open era.
