US authorities who are investigating corruption charges at FIFA have charged 16 more officials. According to media reports, the new indictment that was released in Washington by the Department of Justice came after the arrest of two Vice-Presidents of FIFA in Zurich. Ricardo Teixeira, former Brazil football federation chief, was also among those who have been accused of being involved in criminal schemes that involve over $200m in bribes.
