UK's Kyle Edmund makes it to main draw of Australian Open

UK’s Kyle Edmund has qualified for his first Grand Slam by beating Australia’s Dane Propoggia 6-7 (3-7) 6-4 9-7 at the Australian Open on Saturday, January 17, according to media reports.
The 20-year-old is now the third Briton after Andy Murray and James Ward in the main draw.
Edmund will meet American Steve Johnson, 25, in the first round; while Murray faces Yuki Bhambri, 22, the world number 314 from India.
Britain’s Liam Broady, however, lost 7-5 6-3 to Michael Russell, and couldn't make it to the Grand Slam.
