December 5 , 2013
Two skydivers died and one got injured during the members' attempt to collide and smash formation records at the Skydive Arizona facility.
Witnesses revealed that the skydivers were about 200 to 300 feet in the air at the time of the collision, which resulted in collapsing their canopies.
Officials haven't revealed the nationalities of those who died in the accident. Reports suggest that the skydivers were part of a much larger group, trying to break the maximum number of records.
