Soccer Team won't stop sacrificing sheep

  • The Scotland SPCA said it is "currently seeking assurance from Celtic Park that no sheep will be allowed on the premises ahead of the match." There are worries that the team visiting from Kazakhstan will look to slaughter a sheep before beginning a Champions League playoff game.

The coach of the tram doesn't see any big deal in doing so as the team slaughtered a sheep before its previous game as well. Victor Kumykov explained that "every team and every club has its own pre-match traditions and rituals."

However, PETA is against it and the Scotland SPCA is categorizing it as a criminal offense.
