Shenzhen Open: Andy Murray defeats Somdev Devvarman

Britain’s Andy Murray raced to the quarter-finals of the Shenzhen Open after a comfortable 6-3 6-3 victory’s over Somdev Devvarman, according to media reports.
The second seed Scot broke twice in the first set, with the 141-ranked Indian posing few problems.
In the second set, Devvarman successfully converted one break point, but Murray broke back twice.
In the quarters, Murray is up against Slovakia’s Lukas Lacko, who prevailed 6-4 7-6 over Lithuania’s Ricardas Berankis.
