Packers sign deal with TE Mulligan

  • The Green Bay Packers signed a deal with tight end Matthew Mulligan on Tuesday.

    No terms were disclosed.

    Mulligan, 28, started nine of 16 games with the St. Louis Rams last season and posted eight receptions for 84 yards and one touchdown.

    Before joining the Rams, the Maine native played three seasons with the New York Jets, where he posted six catches for 60 yards in 34 games.

    Mulligan made his NFL debut as an undrafted free agent with the Miami Dolphins in 2008.
