Dad and son kicked out of game over handing beer to a minor

  • Ticket holder John Coulter asked his 15-year-old son to hold his beer at the Arizona Cardinals' preseason game. He was looking to take a photo but seconds later, two undercover officers approached him.

The officers told Coulter his actions were illegal and that he could be put under arrest for handing over the beer bottle to his minor son.

The officers ended up escorting the father and his son out of the stadium and said the man was lucky to be able to not bear the consequences. He could have been fined $2,500 with a sentence of two years for providing alcohol to a person underage. This would have been classified as a Class I misdemeanor.
