Curing soccer injuries with Cheese
September 24 , 2014
Former Fulham manager Felix Magath has suggested an unconventional method to cure soccer injuries, reports say. He stands by his suggestion that using cheese can treat football injuries and even urges defender Brede Hangeland to use cheese to heal an injured knee. According to him it is an old technique of covering the knee with Quark and was used to decrease any possible inflammation.
Magath is known to be rather popular for his unconventional management style. He denied reports of ignoring the conventional medical method as claimed by Hangeland and stated that his story of curing injuries with cheese has been blown out of the main context.
