Buffalo Bills sign two-year contract with free agent Kevin Kolb

  • The Buffalo Bills signed a two-year deal with free agent quarterback Kevin Kolb on Monday.

Although terms were not disclosed, media reports suggest the deal is worth a maximum value of about $13 million.

Kolb is expected to compete with Tarvaris Jackson, who signed a one-year deal with the club last month, for the starting job.

Over six seasons in the NFL, Kolb has completed 59.5 percent of his pass attempts for 5,206 yards along with 28 touchdowns and 25 interceptions in 34 games with the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals.
