US actor Robert Loggia, famous for his gangster roles, dies aged 85

US actor Robert Loggia, who was famous for his roles of gang lords and mobsters, has died, aged 85.
One of his most memorable appearances, however, was in a comic role in Big where he played the boss of a toy firm and danced with Tom Hanks.
Loggia, who was reportedly suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, died at his home in Los Angeles.
He also played a drug lord in Scarface and won an Oscar nomination for his role in the 1985 film Jagged Edge.
