Localization is the way forward for Netflix to capture the world

  • Earlier this year, popular US-based on-demand video-streaming service Netflix expanded its operations in over 130 countries across the globe. To keep up with the need to go local, it has started producing original content for Brazil and Mexico, and plans to do the same for countries like France, Singapore and India. It is tying up with local bodies to sync in with the sensibilities and serve customized content based on the geographical needs.
