Golden Globe awards ratings drop by 8%

There has been a fall in the US viewership of the Golden Globe Awards, with this year’s ceremony being watched by 19.3 million people, compared to 20.9 million in 2014, a drop of 8%, as per media reports.
Viewer ratings have also fallen in the key 18-49 age segment, the most attractive demographic range for advertisers, data by the Nielsen Media Research revealed.
Sunday's Golden Globe Awards ceremony was hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Richard Linklater's ‘Boyhood’ bagged the best film drama and best director awards.
