Film director Andrew McLaglen dies

British-born director Andrew McLaglen, known for films such as McLintock! and The Wild Geese, died at the age of 94.
McLaglen, whose career spanned over four decades, directed many Westerns and action films and often worked with the legendary actor John Wayne.
He was born in London in 1920; his father Victor was an Academy-award winning actor.
McLaglen grew up near Hollywood and his father would often take him to sets where films were being shot.
