Chris Brown assault charges reduced after hearing
October 30 , 2013
Chris Brown's latest assault charges were reduced from felony to misdemeanor and he was released without bail; there was no drug test either, which is "standard in such cases," as per TMZ.
Brown has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from the man he punched. The victim had claimed his nose was broken but instead, it was discovered that he suffered only minor injuries.
The assault occurred outside a hotel in Washington D.C., where the victim photobombed Brown's photo with his fans and got punched after. Brown's sources, however, claim the victim tried to trespass and enter his tour bus so Brown punched the man while trying to stop him.
A crowd gathered outside the hearing, where Brown pleaded not guilty.
