'Boyhood' wins top honors at Golden Globe awards

  • ‘Boyhood’ was the flavor of the day at the Golden Globe awards in Los Angeles, taking all the top honors, reports said. The award ceremony was held on January 11, Sunday.

    The movie won the best film drama and fetched its director, Richard Linklater, the best director award, with Patricia Arquette getting the award for best supporting actress.  

    The best actor award went to Eddie Redmayne, the British actor, for his portrayal of the famous physicist Stephen Hawking in ‘The Theory of Everything.’
