Wells Fargo Manager fired for legally carrying gun

  • Wells Fargo Bank has seen the consequences of firing Ros from her position as the manager in Oldsmar, Fla.

Ros mentioned that she was legally permitted to carry her handgun, which she could use in order to protect her employees. "The bank is one of the places that I am able to carry a weapon to," she said.

Ros was fired for violating the bank's ban on weapons and a law professor said a business does have the ability to ban weapons on its premises. However, Ros' lawyer spoke about the second amendment, calling it a "freakin' right" instead of a privilege.
